February 19, 2024, with an 8-month duration for the training of Aeronautical Technicians in the specialties of Aircraft Structures and Interiors. Young people between the ages of 17 and 25 residing in El Salvador and holding a Technical Baccalaureate and/or Advanced Technical degree may apply for this program until January 19, 2024. The program is a joint effort of COCESNA and USAID-IOM to promote the development of the country’s youth with a special focus on the inclusion of women in the airline industry, as well as to reduce the rate of migration of these young people to other countries.
