COCESNA, through the Project and Risk Management, the Human Talent Management and the Central American Institute of Aeronautical Training (ICCAE), carried out during the week of February 26 to March 1, 2024, at the facilities of the HEADQUARTERS of COCESNA, the PS-SAP Project System Course to improve project management in the Corporation.
The course was attended by project planners from COCESNA units, with the aim of training new planners in PS (Project Systems, PS/SAP), providing recurrence of the required skills in the life cycle of project management and its structuring. in PS, promote additional skills considering good practices, lessons learned, contracting processes, purchasing plans, risks and corporate values, for the generation of value in COCESNA projects.
