COCESNA, through the Environmental Management (GMA) in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico from October 14 to 18, 2024, participated in the XXII Meeting and Conference of the CARSAMPAF Committee in conjunction with the World Bird Strike Association (WBA) and with the support of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the AFAC of Mexico.
At this event, COCESNA presented topics on the “Central American perspective on bird and wildlife risk management”. The work carried out in the Central American Table on Avian and Fauna Hazards (MPAF), the effects of the problem, the co-factors in the region, the presentation of the Regional Guide on Avian and Fauna Hazards, technological innovation, the latest news on the subject and future collaborative events.
