The Executive Management – CEO of COCESNA, through Mr. Juan Carlos Trabanino Aguirre and the Human Talent Management, in collaboration with the prestigious Central American Institute of Business Administration (internationally known as INCAE Business School), developed the program: “Navigating Global Trends for Senior Management”, held on November 27 and 28 at the campus Walter Kissling Gam, located in Alajuela, Costa Rica and was attended by managers from different areas of the Corporation.
The main objective of this training for managers was to identify and analyze global trends that impact key sectors such as the aeronautical industry, which is characterized by its dynamism and constant changes. During the sessions, past and current business scenarios were evaluated, allowing participants to acquire tools for strategic decision making.
This activity marked the beginning of the process of reviewing and updating COCESNA’s Strategic Plan, a key effort to establish the road map that will guide the Corporation in the coming years. Juan Carlos Trabanino said: “Our priority is to strengthen our internal leadership and align our strategies with global trends in order to continue to be a world reference.
