COCESNA has reached a key milestone in its AMHS/AIM systems modernization project with the completion of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) in Rungis, France. The tests, carried out at the Thales facilities, were attended by COCESNA technical staff and representatives of the Member States.
The process was divided into two sessions. The first, from February 10-14, 2025, evaluated components of the TopSky-AIM system, such as TopSky-AIXM and TopSky-eAIP. The second, between February 24 and 28, 2025, focused on TopSky-AMHS and TopSky-AIS hardware and systems.
This progress reinforces the successful collaboration between COCESNA, the Member States and Thales and represents a fundamental step towards a more efficient aeronautical system for the Region.
