COCESNA, through the Central American Aviation Safety Agency (GSA), participated in the third Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems Panel Working Group Meeting on March 17-21, 2025, at the ICAO offices in Montreal, Canada.
This Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPASP) group coordinates and develops ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), procedures and guidance material for remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) to facilitate safe and efficient integration of aircraft into non-segregated airspace and aerodromes.
The participation of the Member States of the Region is of utmost importance, in order to continue joining efforts as part of our initiatives in favor of aeronautical safety and dissemination of the RPAS Project with the Regional Group of Central America.
