COCESNA through Mr. Juan Carlos Trabanino Aguirre, Executive Director – CEO and the engineer Homero Francisco Molares, Executive Director of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of El Salvador proceeded to sign two (2) agreements: 1. PROVISION OF COMMUNICATIONS, NAVIGATION AND AERONAUTICAL SURVEILLANCE SERVICES (CNS) and 2. AERONAUTICALCARTOGRAPHY SERVICES (MAP) AND INSTRUMENT FLIGHTPROCEDURE DESIGN SERVICE (IFPDS).
The purpose of the (CNS) agreement is to formally delegate the provision of communication, navigation and aeronautical surveillance services to the Central American communication, navigation and aeronautical surveillance services to Corporación Centroamericana de Servicios de Navegación Aérea (COCESNA), as one of the Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP).ANSP) serving the State of El Salvador.
The purpose of thehe (MAP)/(IFPDS) Agreement is delegate the provision of the instrument flight procedure design service (IFPDS).IFPDS) and the production of aeronautical charts (MAP) to the air navigation service provider COCESNA by the CAA of El Salvador.
