COCESNA, through the Operational Safety Management (GSA) and in coordination with EASA, started the First Phase of the Regional Project for the Strengthening of Operational Safety Data Collection and implementation of the Regional CST.
The initial phase included a virtual diagnostic meeting and a face-to-face technical mission to El Salvador with the collaboration of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), assessing the current state of data collection systems and aligning strategies with key actors in the aeronautical sector.
Sectoral forms were developed and training was provided on the ECCAIRS “Data Capturer Tool” as part of a comprehensive strategy to strengthen the State’s Operational Security Programs (SSP) through proactive data-based management.
