EDUCATION	Systems Engineer, Computer Science Engineer, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
FUNCTIONS	Research topics necessary for the development of the assigned project. Understand the business involved and its evolution. Generation of the conceptual design of the automation project and manage the development of the code to turn it into a functional product that provides a solution to the needs that originated it. Support the development team in improving their requirements prioritization techniques. Design and optimization of database structures (Scripting and documentation) Support the Product Owner in Product Backlog management and communication with stakeholders. To be the interlocutor between the end users or Product Owner and the development team, to guarantee the production of the optimal software solution according to the project. Coordinate product testing activities, ensuring that acceptance criteria are met. Assume the role of facilitator within the project team, in such a way that helps people to make decisions based on the project objectives. Ensure proper documentation and records as required by the Technology Solutions Provisioning process. Know and perform their activities according to agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM. Support the implementation and training of users in the use of installed tools and systems.
