COCESNA through the Executive Director – CEO and Managers of the different Units of the Corporation carried out a comprehensive accountability and performance evaluation exercise corresponding to the closing of the first half of 2025, with a view to the upcoming Integrated Management System recertification audit on August 28-29 in the city of San Salvador, El Salvador.
During this review, led by the Executive Management – CEO, key strategic aspects were addressed in order to establish timely improvement actions aligned with institutional compliance.
This biannual review process allows COCESNA to consolidate a clear vision of its organizational performance, identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen its institutional preparation for the recertification audit.
