- Promotes and supports coordination and cooperation among Member States through regional committees for the harmonized development and optimization of intra- and extra-regional air transportation.
- Promotes and supports coordination and cooperation among Member States through regional committees for the harmonized development and optimization of intra- and extra-regional air transportation.
- Safeguards the interests of its Member States in the different world or regional forums, in matters within its competence.
- Accompanies COCESNA Member States in the implementation of the CORSIA and the development of the regional and state plan for the reduction of CO2 emissions.
- Implements the environmental management and corporate social responsibility process.
The Transportation and Environment Management (GTMA) manages its functions in two specific areas, Air Transportation and Environment, taking into account that each of them has different lines of action that contribute to COCESNA’s Corporate Strategic Plan, as well as the development of air transportation in a sustainable manner in the Region.
