The 214th Meeting of the Board of Directors of COCESNA, took place in Corn Island, Nicaragua, on March 28-29, 2019, having the honor of having the visit of Mr. Cleaveland Webster Terry, Municipal Mayor of Corn Island, who came to welcome the distinguished guests.

The Board of Directors agreed to discuss the main agenda items as follows:
- Ratification and approval of the minutes of the Thirteenth Regular Meeting held in the city of Madrid, Spain on February 11 and 12, 2019;
- Report of the One Hundred Twenty-sixth (126th) Meeting of the Technical Committee, held in Corn, Island, Nicaragua March 26-27, 2019;
- Internal Audit Report on the review of the management of the contribution fund to the Member State of Costa Rica, for the period from August one (1), two thousand fourteen (2014) to May thirty-first (31), two thousand eighteen (2018);
- Report on follow-up of resolutions assigned to Internal Audit according to resolution ROCD 2019/212.5.2;
- Management Report IV, corresponding to the IV quarter of 2018 of the Internal Audit;
- Presentation of COCESNA’s financial statements as of December 31, 2018;
- KPMG Auditors’ Report to COCESNA’s Board of Directors, of the financial statements as of December 31, 2018;
- Advance status of resolution ROCD 2018/211.6.3 on GRIAA structure;
- Presentation of the work plan and activities of the Consultant Sr. Marco Ospina Yépez; and
- Presentation and Activity Report of Eng. Germinal Sarasqueta, Representative of Central America and Panama to the ICAO Council.
