The Secretary General of ICAO, Dr. Fang Liu received a cordial visit by Members of COCESNA’s Board of Directors of COCESNA and our Executive President.
On June 14, in Montreal, Canada, the Members of the Board of Directors of COCESNA: COSTA RICA Ing Jose Manuel Saenz Scaglietti, Alternate Representative, Capt. Guillermo Hoppe, Director DGAC, NICARAGUA, Cap. Carlos Danilo Salazar Sánchez, Director of INAC, Dr. Leonidas Vicente Duarte Suárez, Legal Advisor of INAC, and our Executive President and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Lic. Marco A. Ospina, and Sr. Germinal Sarasqueta, current Representative of Central America and Panama to the ICAO Council, Abg. Sonia Dabeyba Padilla and Ms. Silvia Quezada, from the Internal Secretariat and Public Relations, were received in a courtesy visit to the current Secretary General of ICAO, Dr. Fang Liu, in the framework of the activities developed in the period from June 12 to 14, 2019, on the occasion of the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the permanence of the Rotation Group of Central America and Panama in the ICAO Council, and the realization of the 217th Regular Meeting of COCESNA’s Directing Council.
