Human Resources Management, as part of the Organizational Culture and Climate Plan, has coordinated a “Team Building” program to strengthen work teams, linked to our corporate values, which are the driving force for optimal performance and compliance with the strategic objectives of COCESNA’s Strategic Plan (PEC), this program aims to effectively achieve the improvement of communication, interpersonal relationships and increase the sense of belonging.

What is Team Building?

It is a teamwork technique that encompasses a wide variety of participatory and structured activities, carried out to improve the performance of an organization’s work teams and the ability to work effectively. These activities can range from simple exercises that encourage bonding and getting to know each other to complex multi-day exercises, where the team achieves the fulfillment of previously defined objectives.
