During the week of October 21-25, 2019, the Planning and Quality Management coordinated with the ACNA, ACSA and ICCAE Agencies, the Regional Managements of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua, the Management and Units of the Headquarters, the tour conducted by the Auditors of COCESNA’s Quality Management System Certification Company (SGC).
The focus of the audit was on the provision of air traffic services, aeronautical information management, inspection and evaluation of air navigation aids, aeronautical maintenance, aeronautical management training and aeronautical safety assistance.
