“Together with the governments of the countries of the region and the articulated work of the different SICA bodies, we join efforts to build a development strategy with regional objectives shared by all Central Americans for a region of opportunities. Part of the message sent by Dr. Vinicio Cerezo, Secretary General of the Central American Integration System, regarding the objectives of the meeting of the Commission of Secretariats, held at SICA headquarters in San Salvador, on January 29, 2020.
At this meeting COCESNA was represented by Mr. Jorge Pineda, Planning and Quality Manager, where SICA’s strategic planning was taken up again, taking as a reference point the document “I Technical Working Group Workshop on the Construction of the Development Plan for Central America and the Dominican Republic September 2019 – Systematization Document”, as well as the topics: to learn about the roadmap for functional transformation and to receive the Work Plan of the Pro Tempore Presidency of Honduras.
