The purpose of this circular is to notify States’ CAAs of the provisions that would be in place as of November 5, 2020 in relation to ICAO Cir-355 Runway Surface Condition Assessment, Measurement and Reporting.
ACSA will publish guidance material for AGAs on the subject, and once the Technical Advisory Circular is published, the heads of the AGA areas of the CAAs will be informed.
