COCESNA was invited to participate as an exhibitor in the Indra webinar “ATM Systems – Post-COVID19 technological challenges in Latin America”. The focus of the webinar is digital transformation and automation for ATM systems around the COVID-19 crisis.
COCESNA participated together with international organizations of the aviation industry, such as ENAIRE, EASA and IFATCA among others, presenting the experience of the corporation with the “Remote Monitoring and Maintenance in ATM-CNS COCESNA Systems”.
COCESNA presented the impact of COVID-19 on the air navigation industry in Central America, as well as the projections for recovery, focusing on new and more efficient ways of working, such as the execution of remote maintenance using available remote management and control tools, as part of the mitigation actions identified through a safety risk analysis, in line with the methodology recommended by the ICAO in its doc. 9859 “Safety Management Manual”.
