During the week of November 30 through December 4 of this year, COCESNA will undergo a quality follow-up audit by the certification body Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) of the Corporation’s processes that are applicable for this year 2020. With the objective of verifying compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and to maintain the certificate.
The 2020 ISO 9001:2015 Certification Follow-Up Audit will be carried out by the certifying body SGS, through which they will evaluate aspects such as:
❖ Compliance with ISO 9001:2015 regulatory requirements;
❖ Compliance with established systemic requirements (Customer, Corporate, Legal and Regulatory);
❖ Level of maintenance and improvement of the overall performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) towards the achievement of key objectives (strategic, specific and process);
❖ Ability to adapt to changes in the context in 2020 and timely management of risks and opportunities for business continuity;
❖ Ability to regularly and in a standardized manner provide compliant services/products that satisfy customers and other stakeholders.
