Last December 2020, COCESNA completed the remodeling works of the Nicaragua Station Building, as well as the Technical Secretariat Building. This project was prioritized and supported by the Executive Presidency for its completion, achieving the goal despite the economic difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

This remodeling will provide the personnel of both units with modern and safe facilities to carry out their activities efficiently. It also contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the PEC of “Promoting an optimal work environment to achieve well-being at work”.

The project was in charge of the Station Manager Ing. Marco Zelaya with the support of Lic. Douglas Blandino, Architect Denise Bassi and Engineers Silvio Núñez and Milton Zeledón; the construction in charge of the company Specialized Engineering and Construction (IECSA), and in the supervision of Gonzales Benavides. ACNA’s Board of Directors, Planning and Quality Management, Administrative and Financial Management, Project Management, General Procurement and COCESNA’s Legal Services Management provided support throughout the project execution process.
