During the month of January 2021, the Parts Logistics Center (RLC) provided support to the Belize, Guatemala and Honduras Station Managers in terms of budgetary and logistical support for the repair, loan or transfer of spare parts that were necessary for the operation of COCESNA’s SNA equipment. Also at the initiative of the Honduras Station, the CLR managed the possibility of interest in the elements that were no longer applicable in GEH and that could be useful in other Stations.
On the other hand, starting this year, the purchases and shipments of spare parts from the Station Managements are being monitored through the respective Courier’s website. In addition, and in order to achieve greater agility in the shipment of elements to the Stations, the CLR has formalized support through an international account with DHL, whose payments will be processed by the Parts Logistics Center to help the Stations avoid this type of administrative and accounting procedures, which in turn generates a consolidated management control through the CLR.
