On February 17 and 18, 2021, COCESNA conducted “Operational Safety Examinations” with the objective of strengthening operational safety, complementing the operational safety surveillance carried out by the different Central American States and complying with the regulatory and normative requirements established in the PANS/ATM Air Traffic Management (Doc. 4444).

By virtue of the implementation of ADS-B satellite surveillance, this activity focused on compliance with regulatory, operational, technical, and instructional aspects of ATS personnel in CENAMER’s oceanic airspace.
