October 21, 2021.- The Executive Directorate-CEO of COCESNA, held a meeting with the Nicaraguan Institute of Civil Aeronautics of Nicaragua (INAC), in conjunction with the Central American Agency for Aviation Safety (ACSA) and the Management of Information Technology (GTI) of COCESNA, where the implementation of the first stage officially begins in the Surveillance, Aircraft, Policies and Organizations modules of the new Regional Aeronautical Information System called SIARev. In the same participated, Lic. Juan Carlos Trabanino Aguirre Executive Director-CEO, Cap. Carlos Salazar, Director of INAC, Dr. Leonidas Duarte, Legal Advisor of INAC, Cap. Alejandro Mena Manager of COCESNA (ACSA), Lic. Karim Álvarez Manager of Information Technology (GTI); as well as the Inspectors of the different areas of the Institute and specialists from COCESNA/ACSA and GTI.
With this type of initiatives, COCESNA intends to continue supporting the States of the Central American Region to maintain the highest standards in the Management of their procedures in the Aeronautical field. We hope that this effort will be reflected in the short and medium term in the increase in the levels of compliance with international aeronautical regulations, thus favoring the region’s air safety
