COCESNA, through the Central American Institute for Aeronautical Training (ICCAE), closed the Aviation Safety Instructor Training course, which took place from August 22 to 30 of this year, in person at the ICCAE facilities, aimed at personnel from the aeronautical industry in the AVSEC area of the Central American region.
The training objectives are that the participants can apply the principles of instruction and learning, as well as the correct presentation of courses dependent on the instructor; the identification, selection, and preparation of appropriate instructional ideas; develop or modify objectives and tests according to the requirements of the instruction and, finally, identify and use different instructional methods as appropriate.
