In coordination with COCESNA/EASA through the Central American Agency for Aeronautical Safety (ACSA) under the EU-LAC-APP II Cooperation Project, the Workshop on “Practical Instruction in the Workplace on Synthetic Flight Training Devices (FSTD)” was given in the city of San Pedro, Belize from September 26 to 30 at the facilities of the main aircraft operator with the participation of Operations and Airworthiness Inspectors from the Member States of COCESNA, The Workshop was given by the EASA expert in flight simulator certification, Engineer José Manuel Quevedo.

The workshop was part of the process of implementing the regulation related to the certification of Synthetic Flight Training Devices (FSTD) (Flight Simulator Training Devices) in its final phase prepared by COCESNA/ACSA.
