On the morning of Thursday June 1, 2023, Lic. Juan Carlos Trabanino Aguirre Executive Director – CEO and the representative of the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC) of El Salvador by Mr. Jorge Puquirre, President of the Board of Directors of the Aviation Authority and Member of the Board of Directors of COCESNA.
The signing of the Agreement Letter for the provision of services in Aeronautical Mapping and Design of Procedures between the Central American Corporation of Air Navigation Services (COCESNA) and the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC) of El Salvador was held at the AAC facilities.
The objective of the Agreement Letter signed and specified by both authorities, is to explain the obligations between the State of El Salvador and the Air Navigation Service provider COCESNA, in relation to the Provision of Design of Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP) and Aeronautical Charts (MAP), used in the Salvadoran Airspace which are available in the eAIP.
