From July 3 to 7 of this year in Mexico City, COCESNA, through the Central American Aviation Safety Agency (ACSA), participated in the First Meeting of the Aerodrome and Ground Aid Implementation Working Group (AGA) of the Group of North American, Central American and Caribbean (NACC/WG) Work (NACC/WG/AGA/TF/1). During the meeting ACSA presents a Study Note related to the implementation of the GRF in COCESNA member countries, which reaches 50% complete implementation compared to only 9% in the NACC region.
Likewise, the progress of the projects that are under development were reviewed, such as the Improvement in the Implementation of the Runway Safety Groups (RST), the Implementation of the Global Reporting Format of the Runway Condition (GRF) and improvement in the Actions for Risk Management represented by Wild Fauna.
