Mr. Juan Carlos Trabanino Aguirre, Executive Director -CEO, had the opportunity to represent COCESNA in the Project for the installation of the new DVOR/DME at the AIES SOARG and the restructuring of the Salvadoran Air Space, activated on November 30, 2023 in the city of San Salvador.
During the speech, Mr. Trabanino stated that the project had an investment of US$ 1.5 million with state-of-the-art equipment installed, which strengthens the flight protection service for the El Salvador SAN OSCAR ARNULFO ROMERO Y GALDÁMEZ International Airport ( AIES MOARG); At the same time, he highlighted the main activities developed jointly with the Autonomous Port Executive Commission (CEPA) and the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC), such as the preparation of the site study, development of civil works, supply, installation, commissioning, testing and commissioning of the DVOR/DME System and local training of the technical personnel that provides maintenance of the system.
