Within the framework of the 50th anniversary of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC), in the month of December, 2023, the authorities, air service providers, aeronautical training entities and several universities were invited to an important academic and research essay contest on strategic issues related to international civil aviation in Latin America and the Caribbean. Seventeen essays were received, and a specialized jury was appointed to determine the winners.
The CLAC at the end of the evaluation by the jury, reported that among the selected winners was the essay called: “Environment and International Civil Aviation, Challenges and Perspectives for Latin America”. Environment and International Civil Aviation, Challenges and Perspectives for Latin America”, which was presented by Eng. Giovanni Tobar, COCESNA’s Environmental Manager.
