COCESNA and THALES LAS FRANCE SAS, sign on April 19, 2024, in the city of San Salvador, El Salvador, a Contract for the Modernization of the TOPSKY-AMHS and TOPSKY-AIM Systems. located at the COCESNA Honduras Headquarters and contingency systems in Ilopango, El Salvador, which will allow COCESNA Member States to obtain functional improvements according to their own needs and identified in the corresponding Global, Regional and National Plans, in addition to the provision of a testing platform, also guaranteeing the corresponding support and assistance.
This contract will make it possible to extend the useful life of COCESNA’s AMHS/AIM for a minimum of 10 years, significantly facilitating the maintainability and evolution capacity of the system, complementing it with new and important operational functionalities.
Mr. Juan Carlos Trabanino Executive Director-CEO and Mr. Julien Roux, in his capacity as Latin American Sales Manager of THALES, expressed their satisfaction with the agreements reached, consequently ensuring the provision of AMHS/AIM services by COCESNA , to the regional aeronautical community, in a reliable and safe way.
