Lic. Juan Carlos Trabanino Aguirre Executive Director – CEO of COCESNA and Lic. Juan Carlos Salazar, Secretary General of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), carried out the signing of two (2) Agreements: Aircraft Services Agreement Management and the Agreement of Conditions of Participation of the Assistance, Capacity Building and Training Program for Sustainable Aviation Fuels, held at the ICAO Global Implementation Support Symposium (GISS) event, in the city of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic , April 30, 2024.
The Management Services Agreement aims to specify the inter-agency and other services to be provided by or through ICAO and the second Agreement aims to provide opportunities for States to realize their full potential in the development and use of PAS, in accordance with ICAO’s PAS Vision 2050 and the three main pillars of sustainable development of the United Nations
