Corporación Centroamericana de Servicios de Navegación Aérea – COCESNA, signs memorandum of understanding with the Transportation Safety Board
The TSB is an independent agency that promotes transportation safety through the 
investigation of incidents in the maritime, pipeline, rail and air modes of transportation.
The signing took place between Mr. Juan Carlos Trabanino Aguirre, COCESNA’s Executive President, and Mr. Pierre Gavillet on behalf of TSB, with Ms. Fang Liu, Secretary General of ICAO, as witness.
The agreement between the two parties establishes regional collaboration for improvements in the investigation of incidents and accidents in the Central American region.
