From Monday, February 4 to Wednesday, February 6, 2019, the Workshop on practical application of COCESNA’s methodology for risk management in project management was scheduled in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, aimed at Agency Directors, Regional Managers, Managers and Staff of the Support Units. Its Facilitator is Mr. Manuel Aráuz.
The formulation of projects that guarantee the minimization of risk and the greatest achievement of benefits, both economic and social, is part of the usefulness of this conceptual methodology in project management. Already applicable in COCESNA.
