During six weeks between January and February, COCESNA provided training related to the PANS-OPS basic instrument approach procedures design course to personnel of the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority.
COCESNA with the endorsement of its Central American Institute of Aeronautical Training-ICCAE, and the support of the specialist Ing. Antonio Locandro of the AIM Operations Center of the Central American Air Navigation Agency-ACNA provided the on-site training service at the Civil Aeronautics Authority facility in Georgetown, Guyana.
Through this training, the personnel of the Guyana Aviation Authority reinforces their skills and knowledge in this important specialty, for the design or revision of instrument approach procedures, in addition to the evaluation and construction of instrument arrival and departure procedures.
