On May 16, 2019, our Executive President, Lic. Juan Carlos Trabanino, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between COCESNA and Empresa Cubana de Navegación Aérea-ECNA, the document will serve as a basis for reciprocal cooperation according to the needs and capabilities of both entities in services, products or the realization of technical exchange, through the agreement of the corresponding contracts or annexes to the MOU, which will further strengthen relations between COCESNA and ECNA.
The presence of the Members of the Honorable Board of Directors, Mr. Lindsay Garbutt, from Belize and Mr. Wilfredo Lobo, from Honduras, at the signing of these MOUs, reinforces COCESNA’s commitment to cooperation at the highest level.
Then on May 17, 2019, the occasion was also propitious for the signing of the Cooperation and Technical Assistance Agreement with the Cuban Institute of Civil Aeronautics-IACC, with the aim of ensuring and maintaining relations between COCESNA and IACC, this document has the signature of the Legal Representatives of both entities, Mr. Armando Daniel Lopez, President of IACC and Mr. Juan Carlos Trabanino, Executive President of COCESNA.
The agreement will be the framework that will allow reciprocal cooperation, according to the needs and capacities of both institutions, and may be provided with services, products or the realization of technical exchange, through the incorporation of contracts or annexes to the Cooperation and Technical Assistance Agreement.
