The Executive President of COCESNA, Mr. Juan Carlos Trabanino, signed Appendix 32 to the existing agreement with the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), to provide technical assistance to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Costa Rica (DGAC), thus establishing the beginning of the roadmap for the recovery of Category I for that State.

The FAA headquarters staff, located in Washington D.C., hosted such an important event to support operational safety advisories in Costa Rica.

Meeting with the FAA Air Traffic Organization to discuss next steps for the SWIM/TFM agreement.

Subsequently, Mr. Juan Carlos Trabanino had a meeting with officials of the FAA Air Traffic Organization, in Conference Room IV, to discuss the next steps of the SWIM/TF agreement, previously signed in Panama.
