On March 26-27, 2019, the 126th Meeting of the Technical Committee of COCESNA, which brings together Representatives of the Board of Directors and Directors of Aeronautics/Civil Aviation of the Member States, was held.

  • Progress report of the Regional Aircraft Accident Investigation Group (GRIAA);
  • Draft rules of procedure of the Technical Committee;
  • Guidance procedures for the development of NE by Member States and COCESNA to be presented at the 40th Session of the ICAO Assembly;
  • Status of ICCAE’s annual course plan;
  • Initial curricular process of training in accident investigation;
  • Policy for the delivery of local courses in the Member States;
  • Project for the elaboration and updating of the Central American PNA;
  • Implementation of ADS-B in Central America;
  • Airspace redesign project progress report;
  • ATS Contingency Plan;
  • MRAC-16 Progress Report;
  • Access procedure to airport facilities for ACSA inspectors;
  • SIAR-evolution development report; and
  • Progress report on the formation of CORSIA.
