As an initiative of the Executive Presidency and as coordinated by the Human Resources Management, with the objective of strengthening the Organizational Climate and Culture, a lunch was held for the personnel of El Salvador Station and Spare Parts Logistics Center; The event was attended by Colonel Roberto Lopez Morales, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Civil Aviation Authority of El Salvador and Member of the Board of Directors of COCESNA, who addressed those present with a message of thanks and recognition to the efficient and effective support that the administrative staff provides to the Member State of El Salvador, in terms of projects and activities that the entity requires; he also highlighted the remarkable work that the team performs in Estación El Salvador.
Engineer Nelson Rodríguez, as Manager of Estación El Salvador and Head of the Parts Logistics Center, congratulated all the employees for their responsibility, effort and dedication in each activity and function assigned to them, and mentioned the importance of the human capital within the Corporation, which collaborates on a daily basis for the innovation and growth of the Corporation.
The event venue is located on the cliffs of the Salvadoran coastline overlooking the Pacific Ocean, lunch was served on the terrace. The remarkable characteristics of this site made for pleasant moments among the attendees, as after lunch there was a conviviality among GEES staff and also with representatives of the CAA of El Salvador.
Awards were presented for 30, 25 and 15 years of service, which was very well received by the participants.
