Last December 2019, an event of relevance for the coordination between the NAM and CAR regions of civil aviation took place in Mexico City, with the signing of the Search and Rescue Letter of Agreement between the Search and Rescue Coordination Centers RCC’s of the Federal Civil Aviation Agency of Communications and Transport of Mexico (AFAC Mexico) and COCESNA, representing the Central American States.
