The Agenda discussed by the honorable Board of Directors focused primarily on the following matters:

  • Ratification and approval of the Minutes of the Twenty-first Regular Meeting (221st) held virtually on April 24, 2020;

Administrative and technical issues of COCESNA:

  • Report on the Hiring of an External Financial Risk Analyst Consultant.
  • Proposal of the Executive Chair of the Regional Plan for the activation of air operations in the region.
  • Proposal of the Executive Chair on measures to be taken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Presentation CART/ COUNCIL AVIATION RECOVERY TASK FORCE, presented by the Representative of Central America to the ICAO Council Cap. Guillermo Hoppe.
