On December 9, 2020, following up on ICCAE’s main strategic commitments, a meeting was held with representatives of the Aeronautical University of Querétaro (UNAQ), MRO Holdings AEROMAN and the Civil Aviation Authority of El Salvador (AAC), as part of the follow-up to the training project for aeronautical maintenance technicians.
The Technical Training Program in Aeronautical Maintenance with Specialty (TMAE), can be considered in the Aeronautical Cluster for the Central American Region, benefiting the strengthening of competencies in the area of aeronautical maintenance.
The meeting considered continuing with the certification process under RAC 147 and in compliance with RAC LPTA 66 in order for ICCAE to become a certified aeronautical maintenance training organization in the future.
The purpose of ICCAE is to contribute to the Central American Region, in the strengthening of the aeronautical maintenance workforce and to promote better employment opportunities.
