On January 28, 2021, the 130th Meeting of the Technical Committee of the COCESNA Board of Directors was held virtually, with the participation of the following Representatives: BELIZE; Mr. Nigel Carter, Belize Deputy Director of Civil Aviation, COSTA RICA; Chap. Alvaro Vargas Segura, General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGAC), EL SALVADOR; Eng. Jorge Puquirre, Director President Board of Directors of the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC), GUATEMALA; Chap. Francis Arturo Argueta Aguirre, General Director of Civil Aeronautics of Guatemala, HONDURAS; Lic. Wilfredo Lobo, Executive Director of the Honduran Civil Aeronautics Agency (AHAC), NICARAGUA; Chap. Carlos Salazar, General Director of the Nicaraguan Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC), COCESNA; Lic. Juan Carlos Trabanino Aguirre, Executive President and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Cap. Alejandro Mena, ACSA; Dr. Eveling Arauz, Aviation Accident Investigation Management (GIA); Eng. Raúl Melchor, ICCAE; Eng. Roger Pérez, (ACNA) and Eng. Giovanni Tobar, GEREMAC. Likewise, there was the participation of special guests by Lic. Jorge Solares, Representative of Guatemala before the Board of Directors and Dr. Leonidas Duarte, Legal Advisor INAC, Nicaragua.
The Agenda discussed had its primary attention on different topics presented by the: Central American Agency for Air Navigation (ACNA), Central American Agency for Aeronautical Safety (ACSA), Central American Institute for Aeronautical Training (ICCAE), Aviation Accident Investigation Management ( GIA) and Air Transport and Environment Management (GEREMAC).
