Within the framework of the XXIV Assembly of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (CLAC), held in the city of Montevideo, Eastern Republic of Uruguay, from March 22 to 25, the Central American Corporation for Air Navigation Services (COCESNA ), had an outstanding participation in the different work sessions. This event brought together delegations from Member States, as well as representatives of the other regional aviation commissions in the world, as well as ICAO authorities, among other prominent participants such as the Singapore Academy and delegations from the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Korea. It is worth noting the outstanding participation of Mr. Juan Carlos Trabanino, DE-CEO of COCESNA, in different multilateral, bilateral and South-South cooperation agreements that will result in a wide benefit for aviation in Central America.
Among the activities to highlight, the panel of experts “Development of sustainable aviation fuels in Latin America” was held, which was coordinated by Eng. Giovanni Tobar, Manager of Transportation and Environment (GTMA).
