COCESNA through the Central American Institute of Aeronautical Training (ICCAE) taught the course “Basic Search and Rescue-SAR-SAT/GADSS ELT-DT”, which was held from November 7 to 11 of this year, in the facilities of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (IDAC), which reflects the presence of our Training Institute in Caribbean markets.
During the course the participants were provided with the necessary knowledge to understand the concept of the SAR Service, the SAR organization of the IRF of their responsibility was also introduced and the new aspects of the SAR activity regulations were presented, as well as the use of the most updated version of the SAR TRACKING SYSTEM. The evaluation process was carried out by means of various theoretical and practical instruments.
