On Thursday, December 1 of this year, COCESNA, through the Executive Directorate – CEO and the Senior Management of the Central American Air Navigation Agency, held a meeting with representatives of the airlines in person and online, including Spirit Airlines, Air Europa, United Airlines, Volaris, Aeroméxico, Copa Airlines, IATA, Delta Air Lines and the participation of IATA, with the objective of knowing the perception and satisfaction of the ATS services provided by CENAMER, restructuring of the airspace, rate adjustment, strategic plan and the comprehensive investment plan of COCESNA 2023 – 2028.
Likewise, attendees were shown the facilities of the CENAMER control center.
COCESNA thanked the airlines for their participation and expressed to them that they continue with these approaches to strengthen relations and first-hand communication on safety and efficiency efforts in the service provided by COCESNA.
