SIGNING OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CENTRAL AMERICAN AIR NAVIGATION SERVICES CORPORATION (COCESNA) AND THE CUBAN AIR NAVIGATION COMPANY (ECNA).

Lic. Juan Carlos Trabanino Aguirre, Executive Director -CEO of COCESNA, on May 25, 2023 held a meeting with Lic. Francisco Javier Fernández Padiz, General Director of ECNA, in order to carry out the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Central American Corporation for Air Navigation Services (COCESNA) and the Cuban Air Navigation Company (ECNA).

The purpose of said Memorandum of Understanding is to establish the general conditions that achieve cooperation and technical assistance between COCESNA and ECNA, for which the Parties make available their technical capacities, knowledge, experience, skills, resources and available technologies, in order to reciprocally provide the necessary cooperation that is of mutual benefit in the field of civil aeronautics, particularly in the fields of operational safety, air navigation, aeronautical training and training, environment, and other aeronautical technical-administrative processes. related, contemplated in the Regional Plan of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), on a cost recovery basis when specifically agreed by the Parties in the annexes to this MOU.
