COCESNA through the Central American Institute for Aeronautical Training (ICCAE), made a visit from May 17 to 18, 2023; to the external client Palmerola International Airport, with the participation of Eng. Raúl Melchor (ICCAE Manager) and Lic. Carolina Rodríguez (Business Administrative Analyst); In order to comply with the Annual Operating Plan (POA), whose activity in the commercial area is to strengthen the relationship with internal and external clients through face-to-face visits to carry out the Training Needs Detection process for this year.
During the visit, they took the opportunity to tour the facilities and carry out the analysis with the Coordinator and Air Chiefs of the training needs to strengthen the knowledge of the personnel and comply with the regulations required by the Honduran Civil Aeronautics Agency (AHAC).
