During the week of April 22-26, 2024; The International Aeronautical Criminal Law Course was held at the COCESNA-ACSA facilities, facilitated by the Aeronautical Law Specialist Mr. Adnan Al Dgour and organized by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) and the Latin American Aviation Commission Civil (CLAC), with the State of Costa Rica as host through the Civil Aviation Authority of Costa Rica (DGAC).
This event has provided participants with the necessary legal knowledge about international Aviation Security legal instruments to confront and repress Acts of Unlawful Interference, as well as the necessary knowledge in the field of Aviation Security crimes to achieve a common understanding with the other State Authorities and understanding of Private International Aeronautical Law in the aspect of the civil liability regime resulting from Acts of Unlawful Interference.
