The new service to consult information related to the payment of flight protection services in the Flight Information Region (FIR) of Central America has been enabled.
This application will allow users who are not yet customers and who, prior to its implementation, had to telephone COCESNA’s Invoicing and Collections area of the Administrative and Financial Management, or send messages or e-mails to request information on their status – which was only possible on business days and hours – to obtain this information today, With this development provided by specialists from the Information Technology Department, by simply adding the registration or designator and type of aircraft, they will be able to know if they have an outstanding balance, obtain the cost of their future operations and, in addition to the above, a significant advantage for the Customer to pay their debt to free them from pending charges and guarantee flight protection services for their aircraft.
If there is any restriction on the User’s payment through PayPal. With respect to FBOs, they may also request to be charged for such delinquency and/or future flights on their account.
